Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train new staff members
- Authorize payments and manage cash
- Order merchandise and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
