Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of young people in our care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support to youth in our residential program, including assisting with daily living tasks, participating in recreational activities, and promoting a safe and healthy environment. You will also work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized plans to support the youth in our care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to youth in our residential program, including assisting with daily living tasks, participating in recreational activities, and promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support the youth in our care, in collaboration with our team.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our residential program.
  • Participate in recreational activities with the youth, such as sports, arts, and crafts.
  • Assist with meal preparation and clean-up.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Or equivalent experience.
