Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, housekeeping activities, and food preparation. You will also supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with youth, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with housekeeping activities, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and serve meals for clients
  • Supervise activities of clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working with youth, an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
