Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our clients, providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services.
  • Assist with housekeeping activities, food preparation, and supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses.
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide support to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:

Our work site environment is focused on child welfare, and our work setting is a children's services facility.
