Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of adolescents and children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our programs
  • Conduct housekeeping activities and food preparation to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients, including those with intellectual, learning, and physical disabilities
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and judgement skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
