Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement occupational therapy interventions in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and implement client-centered care plans in collaboration with the client's integrated care team.
  • Ensure the delivery of evidence-based services through the routine use of valid and reliable outcome measures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress summaries in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
