St. Michael's Hospital, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a range of conditions, including physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational performance and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote patients' independence and participation in daily activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
