Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Saskatchewan Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
Work Environment:
