Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Y&Z Clothing. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

* Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the sales floor
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous retail experience an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Conditions

* Work is performed in a retail store environment
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
