Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JSI Confectionary Corporation. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
