Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JSI Confectionary Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves, and rotating stock.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and display.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned store.
  • Work Setting: Department store.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
