Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beauty Collection Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task management
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Client-focused and results-driven
