About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beauty Collection Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
