About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beauty Collection Inc. as a Supervisor - Retail Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales floor staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
