Ajooni Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in accounting. Key responsibilities include managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements, planning and administering accounting systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures. The successful candidate will also prepare reports and audit findings, make recommendations on cash management and insurance coverage, and develop and maintain cost findings and internal control procedures. Additionally, the Financial Management Specialist will analyze financial documents and reports, assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, and oversee payroll administration.
