Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our finance team at Futuretek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements, and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports for accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management, and contribute to the development of financial strategies and plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Management Specialist or Bookkeeper with solid QuickBooks experience.
  • 4-5 or more years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
