We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Wynford Realty Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring terms are met.
  • Supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare expense and income reports.
Certifications and Memberships
  • Membership in the Institute of Real Estate Management.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
