Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nirwan Flooring Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales floor staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Store Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
