Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced leader who can supervise the production activities of our bakery department, ensuring high-quality products are prepared and delivered to our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts, supervising team members, and maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience in a production facility or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, as well as superior quality and customer service standards. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of kitchen operations, procedures, and equipment, and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the production activity, ensuring goals are properly communicated and attained.
  • Oversee team members, provide direction, and support.
  • Evaluate product quality, ensuring it meets standards for quality and portion size.
  • Load orders into the Central Kitchen business system, print production schedules, and ensure products are labeled and loaded correctly.
  • Assist, relieve, and train designated departmental personnel as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety practices, and government regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a production facility or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Superior quality and customer service standards.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen operations, procedures, and equipment.
  • High personal initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and qualifications, making us one of the top employers in the industry.
