Job Title: Plumbing Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Plumbing Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities in the plumbing sales industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (plumbing or business administration)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region
