Accountability and Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Mier Human Capital. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing business support, leadership, and stewardship to sales and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial leadership and support to sales and management teams
  • Support Month End and Year End Closing processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet
  • Identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a distribution environment
  • Completed Post-Secondary Degree in Business or Accounting & Finance
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as AS400 or SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
