Automotive Refinish Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at Collision Clinic. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with vehicles and enjoy the challenge of repairing and restoring them to their former glory.
About the RoleAs an Automotive Refinish Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes inspecting damaged areas, disassembling components, repairing or replacing parts, and then reassembling and finishing the vehicle.
Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles to identify damage and determine the necessary repairs
- Disassemble components, repair or replace parts as needed, and then reassemble the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results
- Certification in Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair or refinishing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
