All Equip Repair & Service is a reputable automotive repair shop seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent painting and repair skills, with knowledge of all paint and repair techniques (Automotive and Industrial).

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled individual to work on restoring cosmetic damages of vehicles to their original look by utilizing filling and sanding techniques. As an Automotive Paint Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing/masking surfaces, disassembling and reassembling vehicles, filing, grinding, and sanding repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and execute painting procedures and utilize research knowledge to repair vehicles.
  • Prepare and mask surfaces for painting.
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as required.
  • Restore damaged vehicle surfaces to their original condition using various techniques.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the use of adhesives and corrosion protection products.
  • Be reliable and punctual in meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Possess extensive knowledge of all painting and repair techniques (Automotive and Industrial).
  • Familiarity with all tools required to perform repairs.
  • Proficient in computer skills as required.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm schedule.
  • Availability of benefits after the probation period.
  • RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) available.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $50,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and the location of the repair shop.
