Job Title: Technical Project Delivery Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Delivery Leader to join our team at InSync. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and enabling a best-in-class SaaS product and underlying data foundation for large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Strategic Growth teams to apply best-in-class program management methodologies.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Delivery team to stand up and enable core products for enterprise clients.
  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent projects for existing and new customers.
  • Develop precise delivery scope statements and timelines, define role responsibilities and performance metrics, and oversee all internal and external stakeholders across various product lines.
  • Provide leadership for an Agile project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
  • Identify and manage key risks to ensure project success.
  • Communicate product needs and customer milestones and manage senior stakeholders against key dependencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of PMLC and SDLC, data service architecture, and project management frameworks.
  • 5-10 years of Program/Project Manager experience on a minimum of 2 mid to large-scale projects at an enterprise level.
  • Strong leadership skills – inspire and lead to delivery.
  • Ability to mentor and coach more junior team members.

  • Experience working for a SaaS organization or software vendor.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strategic and creative thinker.
  • High level of initiative/self-drive.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
