Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client service team. This role involves managing client communications, driving delivery schedules, and designing innovative integration solutions that meet client technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication and Project Management: Manage and drive client communications throughout the delivery process, aligning different client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Technical Delivery: Drive and manage engineering threads to deliver projects, conducting technical hands-on work as needed.
- Solutioning and Consulting: Understand client products and business logic to recommend the best solution addressing specific client needs, providing strong solutioning and consulting services.
- Client Onboarding: Take the project management role to ensure client onboarding projects run as expected and under control.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout implementation and deployment phases, integrating with client systems.
- Integration and Deployment: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies into existing systems.
- Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on financial services industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and offerings.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles, with strong solutioning skills on SaaS platform data integration.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Client-Facing Communication: Strong client-facing communication skills and consultant/client management capabilities.
- Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of anti-fraud in the Financial or internet industry is a plus, as is experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning.
