Wage Range: $87,000 - $100,000 annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Lead to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Document Management framework to ensure compliance with our Governance system framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Document Management procedures and processes
  • Ensure Project documentation are received, tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan
  • Identify and lead system improvements and rollouts
  • Lead, mentor and support the document control team to effectively deliver in a complex construction environment
  • Undertake reporting and complete audits to ensure document management processes are well implemented
  • Onboard Project team and subcontractor to document management system

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of previous experience in a document management role within the construction, infrastructure or related industry
  • Advanced knowledge of progressive completion and handover process within an alliance project
  • Previous experience leading a Document Control team
  • Proven experience in all areas of document management
  • Proficient experience with Aconex and Procore required, including Microsoft Office Suite
