We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. This is a permanent position that offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurants, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes balancing cash and completing balance sheets, enforcing liquor legislation and regulations, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work well in a team environment
