Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Otto's Service Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for leading our service team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and control daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell services to customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and attract new customers
  • Manage and control budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and marketing expenses
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
