We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expertise to help our clients navigate complex social, political, and economic environments.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Propose, plan, and deliver consulting engagements within the Indigenous services niche, focusing on Indigenous Health and Child and Family Services.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed research and data collection, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Design and develop high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Work collaboratively with internal project teams and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Policy, Sociology, or another relevant field. A minimum of four to five years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting Indigenous communities or organizations, is also required.

Knowledge or training in Indigenous history, culture, political structures, and government policy related to Indigenous Peoples is considered an asset. Experience in or a strong understanding of social sectors such as Health or Child and Family Services is also an asset.

Benefits

MNP offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
