The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our Indigenous Services team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Indigenous communities, organizations, and businesses to deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Propose, plan, and deliver consulting engagements within the Indigenous services niche (focusing on Indigenous Health and Child and Family Services)
- Develop project plans and coordinate logistics with clients and other stakeholders
- Conduct research and data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Design and develop high-quality deliverables, including reports and presentations
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Policy, Sociology, or another relevant field
- Four to five years of relevant work experience, ideally supporting Indigenous communities or organizations
- Knowledge of Indigenous history, culture, political structures, and government policy related to Indigenous Peoples is an asset
