Restoration Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating property damage, working closely with insurance professionals and property owners to ensure timely and efficient restoration of damaged properties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough damage assessments and provide accurate estimates for restoration projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in restoration and reconstruction
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Proficient in estimating software and technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ongoing leadership development program and industry events
