About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis. As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a critical role in assessing and estimating damage to residential and commercial properties following traumatic events such as fires, floods, and storms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough damage assessments and create accurate estimates for repair and reconstruction work
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance professionals, and project managers to ensure a smooth claims process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
  • Participate in on-call rotation and be available to respond to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Previous estimating experience (e.g., Xactimate) and industry certifications (e.g., IICRC, Lead) preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
