About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping property owners and businesses recover from traumatic events such as fires, floods, and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with property owners and insurance professionals to assess damage and develop scopes of work
  • Accurately estimate costs for repairs and reconstruction
  • Communicate with project managers and adjusters to ensure seamless project execution
  • Build relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA's to drive growth and improve performance
  • Participate in local community events and establish partnerships to improve performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Previous estimating experience (ex. Xactimate) is welcomed if willing to continually learn within industry
  • Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead preferred
