Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at ALX Exploration Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of our office, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and cloud-based software.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a 40-hour workweek. The ability to work independently and under pressure is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
