Job Summary

The Corporate Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact and provide administrative support to the unit.

This role involves managing multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas, ensuring the satisfaction of executives and resolving any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up conference rooms, maintaining whiteboards, and training end-users on audio-visual equipment.

Additionally, the Corporate Concierge will be responsible for checking equipment, managing supplies, and meeting with vendors. They will also be responsible for setting up and cleaning up catering and refreshment orders, emptying dishwashers, and returning clean dishes to cupboards.

The ideal candidate will have relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration. They will possess strong skills in time management, organization, and project management, as well as exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
