Seeking a Corporate Concierge to manage multiple corporate floors, provide administrative support, and ensure exceptional customer service.

As a Corporate Concierge, you will be the point of contact for executives and employees, providing support with administrative duties, managing meeting rooms, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

You will be responsible for managing supplies, tidying the café, and meeting with vendors, as well as setting up and cleaning up after catering and refreshment orders.

Our ideal candidate will have relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration, with strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.

They will also have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas.
  • Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
  • Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users.
  • Check equipment and manage any service or repairs.
  • Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors.
  • Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders.
  • Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards.
  • Sort mail and update folders with staff changes.
  • Order stationery and maintain printer supplies.
  • Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration.
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
