Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Kojo Japanese Soul Fusion. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on Japanese cuisine.
- Cuisine Specialties: Japanese cuisine with a focus on fusion flavors.
- Screening Questions: Availability for shift or on-call work, legal ability to work in Canada, and previous experience in the field.

- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
