We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Artist to join our team at Kasai Teppanyaki Steak & Sushi House Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
