About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our dynamic team at The Okanagan Golf Club. As a key member of our Back of House Team, you will play a vital role in bringing our culinary vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute consistent and delectable dishes.
- Ensure dishes are prepared in a timely manner and to Guest specifications.
- Maintain ownership over your clean and organized station.
- Show your inspired upbeat attitude to foster teamwork.
- Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.
- Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Detail orientation and a passion for creating delectable dishes.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a culinary role is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
- Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
