Administrative Coordinator
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Amicus Immigration Consultants Canada Inc.
Responsibilities- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Salary$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
