Your expertise in scheduling appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and maintaining accurate records will be invaluable to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and schedule appointments to meet business needs.
  • Communication and Data Entry: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
