We are a volunteer-run organization that hosts the largest outdoor curling bonspiel in Canada. As our Brand Marketing Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to develop your marketing and branding skills while working with a dynamic team of volunteers. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with the committee to maintain a strong brand identity throughout all promotional materials and events.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in marketing and branding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a creative and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our event and engage with our target audience;
  • Work closely with the committee to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms;
  • Collaborate with volunteers, media, and the website coordinator to achieve our marketing goals;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in marketing and branding;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a volunteer position, and we ask that you commit to working approximately 20 hours per week during the winter months.
