Aerospace Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world's aviation leaders.
About the Role:The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of all product lines by engaging with customers to capture orders, improving profitability, reducing inventory, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer knowledge.
- Create and lead sales campaigns to improve customer engagement and extend the usable lifetime of product lines.
- Prepare and manage daily customer quotations and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage sales pipelines and opportunities, conducting quarterly business reviews with distributors to drive sales.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Aerospace Industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the Aerospace Industry, including government FAR/DFARS.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Software, CRM Dynamics, MS Teams, and other relevant tools.
