Job Overview

KF Aerospace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores/ALSE Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Stores Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our materials handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate, issue, and restock consumable and rotable parts and supplies as requested by company personnel.
  • Utilize company software programs to manage inventory and track materials.
  • Ensure accurate stocking and restocking of all stores materials.
  • Prepare materials for stocking, including packaging and labeling.
  • Process internal shop work card requests and other counter stock orders.
  • Perform inspections on survival kits, first aid kits, and flight helmets.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma.
  • Able to work a rotating shift (daytime and evening).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively independently.
  • Strong initiative and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office programs and Internet.
  • Must be physically fit.
