At Smitty's Restaurant and Lounge, we are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in preparing our menu items to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Line Cook is to prepare Smitty's specified food, following time goals and using safe food handling processes.
- Stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing the line and all cooking tools and spaces
- Ensuring food is handled safely and according to all public health standards
- Preparing our menu items for our guests according to Smitty's standards
- Accommodating any and all dietary requests happily and taking all allergens seriously
- Maintaining our fast work pace to ensure quality guest service
