Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at Red Robin Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving guest satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 75-100 team members, providing coaching, development, and recognition to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safety, sanitation, and security protocols.
- Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu management, inventory control, and labor management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
