Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing online grocery delivery orders to ensure a high-quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  3. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  4. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate clean-up of spills and debris, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.

Age – 16 or older
