Senior Customer Experience Associate

At Scotiabank, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
- Be a technology expert, introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice
- Strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options
