Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers and provide a positive first impression
  • Communicate and educate customers on our processes, including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
  • Process transactions and issue receipts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations to customers
  • Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Inform customers about our services and promote our brand
  • Update customer records with contact information
  • Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • Commit to working a flexible schedule, including peak times
  • Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work efficiently and effectively to resolve customer issues
