About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Risk Management Leader to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Information Security Risk Management efforts and ensuring the overall delivery of enterprise Information Security oversight and challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective Information Security risk management strategies and practices to protect Manulife's assets and data.
  • Lead the Information Security Risk Management team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of Information Security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate Information Security risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Information Security threats and trends, and provide recommendations for improving Manulife's Information Security posture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security risk management, with a strong background in leading teams and developing strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing Information Security risk management initiatives and improving organizational resilience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex Information Security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
